Terms & Conditions — Sity88 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Sity88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Sity88 website located at https://sity88.cam and all associated services, games, applications, and features made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Sity88 platform, or placing any wager or bet through our services, you represent and confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; and (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Sity88 platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account on Sity88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Sity88 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy and conducts mandatory age verification on all accounts. Players who are found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts permanently closed and all deposits returned minus any bonus amounts, where applicable.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the Sity88 platform. Registration of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Use: Accounts must be used solely for personal recreational purposes. Commercial use, automated access, and use on behalf of third parties are prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, from Sity88 or any connected platform at the time of registration or continued use.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Sity88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

To access the full range of Sity88 services, you must complete the registration process by providing the required information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Malaysian mobile number, and a chosen username and password.

Upon registration, you will be required to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification prior to processing your first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a valid copy of your Malaysian MyKad (Identity Card) or passport, and proof of your nominated payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank account, or CIMB Clicks interface displaying your name and account number). Sity88 reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials at all times. Sity88 will never contact you requesting your password through any channel. Sity88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such a decision.

By accessing and using the Sity88 platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to interfere with, scrape, or manipulate the platform in any way.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Sity88 infrastructure, other users' accounts, or Sity88's backend systems.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that Sity88 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.
• You agree that all bets and wagers placed through your account are your sole responsibility and cannot be reversed once confirmed, except in circumstances specifically covered by Sity88's voiding or error-correction policy.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or any activity that seeks to exploit game vulnerabilities or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• You accept that Sity88 may use technical means including cookies, session tracking, and device fingerprinting to maintain platform security and integrity.

Sity88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to account balances may be restricted.

Sity88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and selected cryptocurrencies. The following payment methods are currently supported: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u (Maybank online banking), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 for MYR transactions; equivalent of RM30 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Maximum Deposit: RM30,000 per transaction for standard MYR methods. Higher limits may apply for VIP-tier accounts.
• Processing Time: E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited within seconds. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes to reflect in your account balance.
• Currency: All account balances are maintained in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation, less applicable network fees.
• Source of Funds: All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Sity88 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Sity88 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside Sity88's control.

Withdrawal requests from Sity88 accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: KYC must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete verification may not be able to withdraw funds.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Maximum Withdrawal: RM50,000 per single transaction. Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on account tier.
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals to Malaysian banks (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow) are processed within 5–15 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your Sity88 account. Withdrawals cannot be directed to a method different from the one used for deposit, unless approved through a formal request to our support team.
• Pending Wager Requirements: Withdrawals from accounts with active bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met before Real Money Funds attributable to bonus play may be released.
• Withdrawal Review: Sity88 reserves the right to conduct a withdrawal review for any request that triggers internal risk controls. Such reviews are typically completed within 24 hours.

Sity88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times stated above are targets and may occasionally be exceeded during periods of high volume or during system maintenance windows, which are announced in advance wherever possible.

Sity88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific conditions communicated at the time of the promotion:

• One Bonus Per Household / IP / Device: Promotional bonuses are limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through different accounts, addresses, or devices will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applicable to each bonus is stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be met using the bonus wallet; real money funds are not consumed towards bonus rollover unless specifically stated.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: When playing with an active bonus wallet, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is RM250 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Sports bets contribute based on the minimum odds specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the window specified in the individual offer. Unused bonus funds and winnings accrued from expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain promotional bonuses are designated as "sticky" — meaning the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn and only winnings derived from the bonus are eligible for cashout once wagering requirements are completed.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses carry a cap on the total winnings that may be withdrawn from bonus play. The specific limit will be stated in the offer details.
• Abuse & Exploitation: Sity88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any wagering pattern that departs from genuine recreational play.

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the Sity88 platform, including markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and all other sports available on the platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted and a confirmation number has been issued. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues or odds movement remain unconfirmed and will not stand.
• Odds Movement: Odds are subject to change up until the event commences. Bets accepted at a specific price are honoured at that price regardless of subsequent movements.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Sity88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of uncertain event status.
• Event Postponement or Cancellation: If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled prior to commencement, bets will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is abandoned after commencement, specific sport rules apply regarding which markets are settled and which are voided.
• Obvious Errors: Sity88 reserves the right to void bets accepted due to obvious pricing errors (e.g., odds substantially misrepresenting the true market price due to data feed error). Such voids will be communicated to affected players promptly.
• Maximum Payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum limits specified per sport and market. These limits are available on the platform and may be updated from time to time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sity88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under the minimum eligible age of 21 years.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through nominees.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other players, including chip dumping in poker or table game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software forming part of the Sity88 platform.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at Sity88 staff or other players.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or any other material information provided to Sity88.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your Sity88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be reviewed. Real Money Funds with no pending wagering conditions will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days of the closure being processed.

Involuntary Closure: Sity88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances involving: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud or money laundering; (c) account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (e) a valid self-exclusion request.

Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of RM10, applied to the remaining balance, until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated through successful login and KYC confirmation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sity88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Sity88 platform.
• Losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, third-party system outages, or events beyond Sity88's reasonable control.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Errors in game results that are subsequently corrected under Sity88's standard error-rectification policy.

Sity88's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits Sity88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

All content on the Sity88 platform — including but not limited to the Sity88 name, logo, graphic elements, game interfaces, text, software, data structures, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sity88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content; create derivative works based on platform materials; or remove any copyright or trademark notices from any materials you access.

Game content and software made available through the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

Sity88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a means of generating income, repaying debts, or recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Changes to limits that reduce the cap take effect immediately. Requests to increase a cap are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Sity88 is licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and Sity88 in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by Sity88 at its reasonable discretion.

Nothing in this clause prevents Sity88 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or address security threats to the platform.

Sity88 reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, provide reasonable advance notice to active account holders via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of the Sity88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
